"Attentive, kind and helpful staff. . we returned recently and even though it was a little late they still served us. .very nice and well kept the dehors on the back. excellent meat of the sandwiches, as well as Italian craft beers. the menu, which varies from 11€ to 15€, includes, in addition to the burger, the supper of fried potatoes or fries. I personally liked other dinners. drinks are separated. beautiful and particular the presentation of the dessert. a thousand strawberries to the decomposed berries. menu via tablet or app."

"I tried to come here twice within one week to use the pool. Both times, when I approached and asked about the pool, the staff looked at me like I was crazy. The first time, the website indicated it was open, but when I went there, I was told there was an event and the pool was closed. There was no sign on the website or the property to indicate this. I had to drag the info out of them—no service, no effort at hospitality. A few days later, the website again indicated it was open. I had the hotel call and ask about the pool. I was assured it was open. When I got there, the same young woman as the earlier day looked at me with confusion bordering on contempt. It was a perfectly fine afternoon even though I'd expected rain that day. She said they had sent the lifeguard home. Real work ethic. She went to the back of the house to have, I suppose, a high-level meeting about it. I waited and waited. No one offered me a drink or even acknowledged my presence. Finally, she came out and said that I could sit by the pool, but not swim, because it was raining. It clearly was not raining and I said so. She said, limply, that is was going to rain earlier. Again, no service, nothing, even though she said she recognized me from the earlier day. No apology. Ugly experience."

"We read a few reviews and checkout the website for this restaurant that all talked about it being an hour walk to the restaurant of cernobbio, I am not sure where they were timing it, but it took us hours to go., uphill all the way and even hours to go back so prepared. there can be another faster way of knowing people, but we followed the sign for bisbino and then refugio bugone and we were not so slow. that said it was worth the effort and the view from above is amazing, and even though the walk is a hard slogan to time, it is a beautiful walk through beautiful forests and some nice little villages. the food was great, especially after the walk up there and the service was friendly. I would highly recommend going there and if they don't feel like an hour to foot, then they drive up to mount bisbino and go to the final one."
