"Although the decor is relatively simple and minimalist, the incredible quality of the presentation of the food as well as the creative combination of flavors, colors, and textures made this an incredibly enjoyable meal. We had a group of 8 and were able to sit at a round table so that we could all easily converse. The tasting menu was preceded by many amuse bouche treats and followed by the same. The whole meal took 5 hours yet time flew by. Besides the amazing quality of the dishes (many of which highlighted fresh flavorful local produce), the wine list is outstanding and the sommelier highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic."

"We started good with tasty starters, but main dish was disappointing. Beef pie and pork knuckle were much below our expectations, salad on side was dry, with no sauce or olive oil on it. Pie meat was tasteless... Very big plus for service, very friendly and careful."

"We booked a table for lunch at 13.00 and when we arrived, the waitress told us the table is not yet free and that we need to come back in 15'. We were fine with it but no apologies from the staff. We still wanted to give it a try as many positive comments from the reviews and we wanted to have some cold cut to eat with a glass of wine as it's referred to as a wine bar. Far from our expectations, it is a restaurant and not a wine bar Honestly prices are inflated and you can find better price in the area for similar quality. The main course is 30eur and we were not impressed by the quality. We ended up having a meal instead of an apero. On top the service is not friendly, as if the ladies don't want to work and annoyed having people around."

"We were anticipating a nice and quiet dinner in a pretty and cosy small winstub. We were given a nice table for two in the upper floor. Half of the small space was already "occupied" by a group of about 15 American tourists. The problem was that: a. it was a very noisy and annoying group, and b. the only young lady that was serving the room was practically "absorbed" by this group. As a result we were thrown two menus on our table and we had to wait for twenty minutes to give our orders. Our food arrived without any word or question. We had to ask for salt and pepper, for bread , for water. the water arrived but no glasses on the table. Anyway it has been a rather unpleasant situation and we decided to leave as soon as we ate our food, which by the way was very good, despite our already bad mood."
