"The pancake rolls... You can't beat them. The best around (maybe because they're batterd) Tho I'm afraid everything else just tastes the same I ordered the house special with rice, king prawns with cashew nuts, and salt and pepper king prawns. The prawns were as bland as anything and definetly no salt and pepper on them, and both the other dishes came in a container FULL of onions and carrots cooked in the same sauce! . No flavour what so ever. Will not be ordering again."

"Went in for lunch with my wife Friendly service, comfortable. I had a smoked salmon, cream cheese and rocket leaf sandwich on local granary bread which came with a good leafy salad. The sandwich was huge and well made. My wife had the quiche of the day, which went down well and she couldn't finish it, which is fine. We thought the tea wasn't strong enough but I guess it's a question of personal taste. I wouldn't say it was cheap: over £25. Parking: Car park was at the other end of the main street. Quite walkable. Parking was cheap at £1.10 per hour. Needed coins!"

"Went there for a 50th wedding anniversary,Serve was slow with only 2 other small groups of people, Burger was nice, but had missing bacon onions.Meals came to table then was told that they didn't have any rice for one of the children meals as meals were delivered to table. Don't think I will be going back for a sit down meal."
