"Just a fantastic cafe to visit. I perused the cabinets which to my delight, I found the most delicious chocolate and caramel slice. Just to die for if you ask me. I would even consider giving my left arm for it. The customer service is lovely. There are 2 young boys that look like they're about 16 years old. Just the most lovely boys. They both make very delicious coffees. However, I think the girl on dining room forgot to sweep the carpet making me cringe at the lack of cleanliness. Overall, the experience was stunning and being in my late 120's it was the perfect atmosphere."

"GREAT coffee and food (they cater to a whole myriad of dietary requirements, so I know I'll always be able to eat something). Staff are incredibly friendly staff (if you go often enough, they'll remember your name and your order). <br/ <br/ Service is fast when empty, but incredibly slow when it's busy, so I wouldn't suggest it if you're on your lunch break and in a rush."

"Dropped in to grab the Welly on a Plate Burger and was greeted by a friendly girl. She said we could sit anywhere as it was very quiet.<br/>The place was nice and had different seating areas/styles and was quite spaced out.<br/>The burger didn't take very long and the waitress took the time to explain the different elements of the burger which we really appreciated.<br/>Burger was bloody delicious! Pulled pork with maple candied bacon with whipped blue cheese in an apple glazed donut bun! So good!! Did not skip on anything!<br/>The only downside was the lack of acknowledgement for all our praises.<br/>I just want them to know that we loved it!"

"At the restaurant the service was amazing, the food itself was good but not great and somewhat overpriced. Enjoyed the Salmone pizza and the Gnocchi with Lamb Ragu: the pizza flavour was excellent and it was well cooked however the base had no structural integrity and had to be fully supported to the tip or the toppings fell off. The ratio of ragu to gnocchi left that dish feeling like a stew and it was very greasy. The shop part of the store is an entirely different story, they have an extensive pasta range and everything is very reasonably priced. I left with three different types of good quality pasta and will definitely be going back!"

"Good food, swift service, nice coffee. We were sat outside the cafe, in a common area, so ambience was a bit lacking but looks much nicer inside, from what little I saw. Seemed a little pricey for the size of the portions, but the kids menu is small but good pancakes have anise or something in them and are absolutely delicious! 4.5 stars+"

"This is my usual fish and chip shop, I took one star off as there is the odd occasion when things are hit and miss but usually its pretty good. The chicken burgers are delicious and you get a crazy amount of chicken in them. The lasagne squares rock to! Reasonably priced and the chips are always good!"

"I went to the crooked elm for dinner last night with my family, and despite it being busy the food and service was phenomenal! Great vegetarian options and the pies are just awesome! Really cool cozy atmosphere inside the pub as well! The Staff/team were so lovely and made us feel welcome! Highly recommend the crooked elm, we will be back soon!"

"I was feeling hungry after a long morning and decided to enter this wonderful and warm place. Exquisite food and coffees! The mushroom and cheese croissant was delicious. Very peaceful atmosphere with nice music and impeccable service. I will definitely come back"
