"The restaurant was closed for renovation. We called a few times and the message indicates that they are open to the business and leave a message. First, no mention of the restaurant is closed and after our arrival the signs on the windows. We were very disappointed. They would have indicated on the answering machine about their renovation and the restaurant is closed blah blah ..."

"The waitress never checked on us after she took our orders. 3 of our party of 5 wanted more drinks but we waited a very long time before we had a return visit to ask. 2 of our party had food delivered cold after we waited 45 minutes for it, and the food the rest of us had was only ok, certainly not worth the $29 we paid for it each. The french onion soup was tasteless. The house added a 20% gratuity that we reduced to 15% which was generous given the service we had. An $18 burger is the most popular item on the menu which doesn’t surprise me since the rest of the menu items are over-priced and based on our experience not worth the cost. The ambience was the best part but we won’t go back and don’t recommend."

"The mint milkshake was so good! Definitely the saving grace of our food order. The Canadian appetizer was definitely too big to share between two people, I'd definitely recommend splitting it at least between four people because the cheese curds are huge and it's a heavy dish. The kettle chips were okay, I'm used to getting them freshly fried and warm from other restaurants so I was surprised to get them cold. The grilled cheese was subpar, the menu said it was a sharp cheddar but it tasted too mild for that? Our server was unenthused and inattentive however, the man who brought us our water when we sat down (don't remember his name, he had short hair and was wearing a plaid shirt) was SO knowledgeable about the specials and the story behind the menu, and seemed really passionate about the restaurant. We were really impressed with his enthusiasm give that guy a raise! On the other side of the restaurant, the arcade is a small selection of games but we had fun playing the pinball games."

"This was a great new find. Many creative, healthy options with an Asian flair. Soups were especially delicious. We recommend downloading the Detroit Park App in advance if you choose to park on the street. Otherwise in the WSU lot has validated parking"
