"Ordered 2 hamburgers my wife and I burnt black could not eat . Waitress never came to check on us. Order was wrong. I ordered mustard, ketchup pickles and cheese. I got tomato. onion, lettuce and no cheese. Will never go back employees were more concerned about talking behind the bar , than checking on customers, Restrooms smelled aweful !!!"

"I rarely complain. I understand it's happening. but this one just disturbed me. we have ordered over doordash tonight, as we only have about weekly if not anymore. our eating was quite disappointing, 3 lemon pfeffer boneless wings. shredded from below. no spices and a child portion frits without spices. the drinks did not come that we ordered. my grill plate was so fat my dog literally wouldn't eat it. ? and the burger who never arrived, and before the review we called the load. we talked to the manager and we've assured that we have a loan. that was good. a loan was understandable, I would like to have taken back the food and assure them that we did not eat it and then. I get a call from the manager who then told me that she spoke to her staff and the burger went out definitiw so I had to call door dash. no ma’am. please be better than that. if that were the case, politely apologize for any misunderstandings and let me know that they call back after their examination. I am only really affected by the situation. I don't think we'll ever eat here again"

"Tables were dirty with leftover plates left behind. No one was cleaning the tables. Bathrooms had no toilet paper or hand towels. Bath trashcan was full. Food was ok. Nothing outstanding. Have had better experiences at other McAlister's."

"This tiny tavern tucked to the side of Riverwood Town Center does not disappoint!I highly recommend the chicken and waffles. Like, if they created an Instagram account for this dish, I'd be a follower. They're that good. The waffle is thick and crispy, the chicken fingers are large and crunchy, and they're perfectly paired with syrup candied bacon, sweet heat sauce, and sweet pickles.I'm not a fish fan myself, but others in my party confirm the blackened mahi with succotash is worth it. I can tell you our to-go portion was easily two servings. It was also superior to the beer-battered option which is nothing to write home about.There are kid meal options for around $8 apiece. The chicken fingers with fries was generously portioned. One kid enjoyed the pepperoni pizza; one thought it was just okay. (While I didn't try the kid-sized pizza, I can confirm from past experience that the adult version is delicious and enough to split between two people!)If you're trying to decide whether to eat in or call ahead, I prefer picking up. The inside is lovely but cramped. If you do dine in, consider opting for the enclosed porch.Bottom line: This wasn't our first visit and it won't be our last."

"I worked in Bangkok Thailand for 10 years and I tasted authentic Thai foods.This thai resto served way way way beyond authentic. Their combo fried rice was too wet and it tastes like spoiled leftover rice.We actually went their for mango sticky rice and was little bit dissapointed with the amount of Coconut milk they put on top. I put 2 only because of the friendly servers."
