"Every time my mom and I come into &pizza Springfield, we always get treated like royalty. The staff is EXCELLENT! They have never gotten our order wrong and they always make sure we leave with a smile. We would literally come every single day not only for the food but for the customer service. Literally one of my favorite places to eat from! Shzad is always so sweet and helpful! The entire staff deserves well over 5 stars!"

"This place was good 2 years ago but now it’s gone downhill. Staff forgot our order so they made the butter chicken quick. Overall, chicken was undercooked. Hope we don’t get food poisoning. We won’t be returning. Such a pity, used to be our favourite Indian restaurant."

"Had the Congee and a bacon and egg panini. It was probably the prettiest congee I've ever seen, but the toppings overpowered the rice, and it wasn't super balanced. The Panini bread was very good. From order to getting the food it was almost 45m, which seemed a very long time because it wasn't that busy, but it was ANZAC day, so maybe they were missing people in the kitchen."

"A Greek feeling from start to finish Such a welcoming place! the hospitality, prompt service, pragmatic set menus, the traditional music, the clapping, the crowds. Ah, and of course, the great traditional food was part of that experience too : The stuffed zucchini and the pita with dips were fabulous and the calamari so tender. Dessert was flaky yummy custard-filled treat with strong coffee. The white Greek wine was sweet and smooth. Booking a table for a Saturday night was easy within 24 hours and it was surprising because the place was packed with groups! Price was very reasonable as the unparalleled entertainment was ever present. Highly recommended. We'd go back any time."

"Staff doesn’t even know what an egg is I asked staff to put an egg but they said that they don’t understand egg and they don’t sell egg in their store and was making fun. If they don’t sell eggs then how do they sell egg n bacon. 2nd experience was I asked staff to toast my bread so many times but she just ignored and didn’t toast my bread and just gave me fresh… Staff really needs a good training with customer service, also its not hygienic their hair was not tied properly with hair net and got a hair in my lettuce. Really a bad experience never going there again waste of money."
