"We visited The Butcher’s Arms in March 2023 in our campervan. There’s a fabulous little area that self/contained campervan and motorhomes can use for free as long as they go into the pub for a drink and/or meal. The pub is a traditional, family run free house. Our food was excellent and tasted really good. Highly recommend Richard’s homemade steak pie, indeed all 4 of us had it and didn’t regret our decision at all. The pub is slightly quirky in a positive way but that just adds to the ambience."

"Making a visit having not been for several months and hoping for an improved experience. Slowish table service, impassive check out, loud intrusive music, very little local produce in the shop. Overall a fairly underwhelming visit...again. The coffee and brownies were good though but will leave it several months before returning, if ever."

"Our favourite bar in Mold. Lovely staff who always make you feel so welcome. Great selection of drinks and the Signature Board is amazing. Forgot to say the music is brilliant also."
