"10/10 this restaurant doesn't deserve the bad notes, the owner is very helpful and knows very well advise, I came with friends Chinese and Russian tourists who absolutely loved the food that was very French, the music and the atmosphere was very pleasant, and very good quality price we eat for what we pay with enough food in the plate to not hungry for the really excellent experience thank you very soon I recommend, For vegetarians the goat salad is appropriate, it would be nice to develop more meatless dishes but it is still possible to eat it!"

"We arrived too late to find a suitable place for lunch, but we were very pleased that we found somewhere that we could have filled baguettes, coffee, tea & a carafe of wine. We found this lovely boulangerie/patisserie as we entered the main square (opposite the entrance to the Abbey - it is next to Hotel la Croit). Next to the main entrance to the shop (around the corner) we found seating, both inside and out). We were a bit confused at the time, but the friendly and helpful staff explained that this café was the same business as the boulangerie entrance next door.We enjoyed our afternoon sitting in the sunshine eating fresh baguette filled with cheese & ham, washed down with red wine. The prices are very reasonable. We used their toilet facilities which were very clean. You will find lots of parking near the Abbey.We bought some cakes to take back to our accommodation. When we looked in their cabinets we were amazed with the selection, pure culinary artwork - they looked too good to eat! They were the best pastries we have tasted during our trip throughout France. The rumbabas have a rum infusion inserted - see the photo. A visit for lunch is highly recommended."

"The frame is amazing, the interior decoration is sublime and marvels with modern and old taste! The menu was delicious (only the red was a little too smoky for me but my wife loved it. A list of wines with a beautiful selection of local wines but not only. A professional service but not a guinea! In short, a very recommended table! In addition, after the meal, you have the opportunity to visit Fontevraud at night and almost alone as the site is closed to the public, which offers a magical digestive walk! Ps: we would have enjoyed butter with cheese. Especially since breakfast butter was very good!"
