"This restaurant is centrally located and has a sparkling clean American-style diner atmosphere. The interior is very new and has 2 levels of dining floors with a restroom located at the top. There is a lift in the middle which accesses all floors. The menus are dual language and easy to navigate. The burger meat was excellent and the fries were great, albeit very of a very small shoestring type. The staff were attentive and friendly to us as tourists, and had a decent level of English."

"One of the most impressive views from a restaurant 's terrace in the north of Portugal, located directly on the banks of the River Douro. But it is not only the view it is the food, especially the fish and the Mirandela beef (that I tasted both) for which Casa Lindo is famous. Snr. Manuel and his son Pedro are taking care of the service in a very personal way. Recently I had for the first time Bacalhão which is as well one of the typical dishes and it was very tasty, too. I recommend the house whine, which is a special Vinho Verde called Alvarinho. There is a cycle path of almost 12 kms that leads you directly from the Ribeira of Oporto to Gondomar always along the river."
