"We are a bit hesitant on the basis of the low evaluation results. however, since not many options are open in grafton, we thought we would give it a little disappointed. we were really happy with the atmosphere, efficient and friendly service and eating. we ordered the 3 teller set and it also came with such a lot of pages. the teriyaki huh was excellent. the hot and spicy bark had more Korean taste, but still good. and the garnels were well cooked. definitiw the right choice of restaurants in grafton."

"My husband and I chose Austin as we had previously had brilliant meals there. This was to be a special Valentines night dinner, it was a fixed menu, three course meal at over $100 per person.the entrée should have warned us of what was to come, it was cold and inedible, the main course was inedible for me and my husband's bore no resemblance at all to the menu description.I thought no one could stuff up the dessert, but I was wrong, the creme' caramel had a beautiful toffee crunch on top but the rest you could pour into a cup and drink.To add insult to injury, when I complained about my main course the waitress stopped refilling my water glass and only refilled my husband's and then we were given a $5 discount with no apology.I am not normally someone who complains but the treatment and attitude of the staff on the night caused me so much stress I will not return and I make sure all my friends are aware of the 'wonderful' Valentine's evening we experienced at this restaurant."

"I stumbled across this little jem a few weeks ago while visiting grafton for the day. I stoped in with my daughter and enjoyed a yummy hot chocolate and a delicious toastie. Such a great vibe and atmosphere. Two thumbs up. Lovely waotress/barista/cook ! :)"

"Have been here before for a milkshake but this time 5 of us had breakfast. Wow!! Service and food amazing Service was quick and friendly, food was well presented and cooked perfectly. The 5 of us had different dishes.Big breakfast and toast,raisin toast, bacon and...eggs and toast. tomato, poached eggs and toast and a hamburger. Tea and coffee all round.We all commented amongst ourselves and to the management on our delicious breakie. Thank you Sunrise on Turf certainly will be back next visit to Grafton. Definitely recommend your business. Corner of Turf and Hoof Sts."

"This is a sandwich bar and roast meats, as well as fruit shakes and smoothies. I have attempted to get something to eat here three times in the last 18 months. Always with no success. The service is ridiculous, disorganised and just really poorly run. It's akin to trying to get something to eat when no one has any idea about who has ordered, who is waiting, or who is next to order - basically just a dog's breakfast. I have over those three times stood and waited to get served, maybe 25 minutes in total, they have quite a number of people working behind the counter, without any idea of prioritising who's next to get served. Just absolutely terrible service. Strike 3 - you won't be getting any of my hard earned!"
