"This place is where I fell in love with the steak combo! I lived in the community some years ago. This place was introduced to me through coworkers. I never forgot it! Every time I visit the city, I make sure to visit this restaurant. I have never been disappointed! I see why it's always crowded! The food is delicious!"

"They need to check the quality of the meat and the acid looked before the health department involved is cuz something was definitely out! I have a refund and the staff was very free, but I don't go to dinner just to turn around and have to upset my children because it needs to be returned. will not eat here again!"

"Ja waffel house is waffel house. my food was fresh and hot. the young man before this guy made our food had gloves on (thanks God) but this older man we saw eating had no gloves. he opened the refrigerator and touched the eating of the people and put butter on bread. it was quite rough to observe this and I felt sorry for the dinners that come and eat. no gloves all the time yuk"

"I had been turned off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there, the hostess didn't confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 difference in price. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium seldom (which is what happened), but it had no taste and was extremely chewy. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our $ 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

"3 sandwiches ordered by app. 2 were made completely wrong. Wrong bread. Wrong toppings. Y’all put jalapeños on my kids sandwich. I grabbed the bag as she was putting it on the rack. And my toasted sandwich was cold. I only wanted onion pickles with light mayo. Had to remove lettuce, tomato, jalapeños a sauce I did not ask for. Needless to say, my sandwich was soggy the bread was soaked. My 3rd sandwich the bread was hard a rock."

"My wife and I were there today and it was a wonderful experience. I had the opportunity to meet Paul the owner who was very gracious and considerate proprietor. He took time to introduce himself and show us around the store. Additionally we met with Jim the wine guy and he took a significant out of time to explain the wines the regions that they carried as well as the wines that were most popular based off of his personal experience as well as the wine club that meets their regularly.<br/ <br/ We also enjoyed lunch there in which we had the margarita pizza as well as the cheesecake that is made there on site. Both were a really great experience and really great afternoon. I highly recommend the Vino Villa!"
