"This just happened on Nov 30, 2023 at 1315.I work as a paramedic and I spilt my coffee in my ambulance. I went inside to ask if I could get a refill of my coffee, as that has been my experience in the past.The manager told me to go back to where I came from if I wanted a new coffee and walked away from me before I could even reply.Who says this? What kind of customer service is that? This manager was so unbelievably rude, to say something like that to a person and just walk away.Horrible service, who treats people like this?"

"A nice family run diner, we were there for breakfast. Prices were a bit high but the eggs, and sausage were great, and cooked perfectly. There was a really nice selection of bread, but the potatoes were a bit dry. Parking: The number of parking spots were appropriate for the number of tables with one entrance to the lot. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread was available."

"Good but could be great. Even if the locals have heard of it many don't know where this eatery is....It's at the GOLF COURSE PEOPLE! Call ahead to ensure you get there during open hours in the winter...Nice room tastefully decorated. Friendly helpful staff.... prompt service.<br/ <br/ We both had the steak and the meat was cooked perfectly...could have been seasoned a little more. Potatoes were artfully shaped like mushrooms but a bit undercooked and the asparagus was a bit cold but artfully done as well. When staff asked how things were we indicated we were very happy with the fare but did mention the undercooked potatoes and were told the chef would be informed...Dessert we selected was the Rhubarb cobbler..and it was excellent...I'll be back when in the area...possibly for lunch..."

"Three seniors drove down from Calgary to check out High River and see how they are doing four years after the flood. We picked Rio Alto for dinner.We started by sharing an order of Chorizo Queso Fundido. It was good although the cheese on top could have been melted a bit more. Two of our party then shared an order of the Rio Alto Sombrero Platter: empanadas, hard tacos, hopes, enchiladas and soft tacos. They enjoyed each item. I ordered the Azteca Lasagna. It was tasty, nicely spiced and very filling. One small complaint; although the majority of the dish was nice and hot, a small amount of the bottom of the lasagna was not heated through and was somewhat cool.Service was reasonably quick although it took two requests to get my glass of water."
