"I have been visiting Grain for 20 years (remember the purple facility). Vegan cheese, milk, frozen pizzas, etc. Also a good selection of vegan supplements. Refilling station for shampoo, deodorant and detergent. Be careful as some items are vegetarian, but the staff is always helpful. Amazing shop that"

"Really enjoyed my visit to McCoys. Staff were really nice and made you feel comfortable and welcome. Food didn't just look amazing but tasted delicious and so glad I came here instead of having a terrible Premier Inn breakfast, and for a couple of quid more you get pure quality here at McCoys! If I was being picky ... my only complaint would be that the hot chocolate came with alot of cream and after removing the cream there was not much hot chocolate left. Will return to this establishment at a drop of a hat if I'm ever visiting Hull again!"

"Pretty slow service from wait staff despite being the only other customers there late on a midweek evening, but the food preparation was good and the pizzas were great, but you come to expect that from a standardised chain like this. The ambiance was pleasant and it was nice to sit in the window and look at the lights reflecting off the river directly outside."

"Many people grieve the closure of 1884 kitchen dock, but this sadness should now be a firm with the opening of STEAK/1884 in the humber street. my wife and I had the 10oz 32-day grass feed hereford bark sirloin, medium size, with a side order of triple-cooked beef drying chips and it was exquisite. beautifully presented, cooked to perfection and just what a steak lover would dream. for the desert served a selection of cheese with celery, rob, crackers and a fantastic tomato bowl to die. superb. with excellent service and an intimate ambiente with 30s art deco feel, STEAK/1884 is an exceptional restaurant and a fine addition to the humber street."
