"One of the best dining experiences I have had in a long long time. Restaurant is stunning with a phenomenal ambiance. The menu is lovely and all the food I had was second to none. Staff were friendly and professional. Service levels were faultless. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Absolutely delicious."

"I'm still very excited about this pup in the heart dublins. you can take place in different spatial areas, but also sit on the bar. When you enter this restaurant/bar/peup, you are thrilled. there are many different small and larger dishes and of course sufficient selection of drinks. the service is great, courteous, friendly and fast. this left bank just great!!"

"Food is great if you stick to the menu if you change or remove things it can be frustrating other than that you can get a massive feed for cheap its great. Also they don't do split bills which can be a pain"

"My Fiance and I arrived to Kilkenny very late after our flight from LA and then a long bus ride from the airport. The Rose was pretty much the only place still serving food at They had a great deal for a full meal...including appetizer, main and dessert with a bottle of wine. We decided on that and were not disappointed. We had the wings and Goat cheese tart for starters and they were both very good. He got the dried tomato stuffed chicken and I had the Carbonara for the main (omg I'm already salivating thinking about it). The chicken was fantastic, cooked well tender with an amazing sauce, great potatoes on the side! We burned our mouths several times on these because we couldn't wait to eat another lol. My carbonara was the best I've ever had. Actually the best pasta dish I've EVER had in my life. I honestly don't remember what I had for dessert because I just remember his...that Baileys cheesecake. Oh my. So unique for a cheesecake to be so light and fluffly but the super thick salty sweet crust with the slight sweet but light filling was nothing short of amazing. We are visiting Ireland again next year and will absolutely make it a point to come back here..I don't care if its not on the itinerary, we WILL be back!! Atmosphere was very nice. Lots of windows to watch all of the hen parties and have a good laugh. Romantic for couples as well. Mostly french/italian foods with a lot of irish favorites mixed in."

"What a glorious setting. Around the back is a lovely outdoor area, tables and pods for small groups. Plants and lighting make it really magical. Pods have small heaters knee blankets. Inside the main building, there is an atmospheric snug, which apparently can be booked for private groups would probably seat ? max 10 15 ? Friend and I were there on a Monday night so really quiet packed on the weekend apparently (strongly suggest booking for weekend). We enjoyed dinner and drinks in a lovely setting. Lots of parking too busy chatting to discover if they had wifi ! I'll be back !!!"

"Don't know where to start with how good this place is. From the moment you walk through the door you feel so welcome. Seated at a lovely big cosy table. Went here with 2 kids and they were very well accommodated. Scrumptious was one of the superlatives they used to describe their food. As for the adult dishes, well any words I would use wouldn't do them the justice they deserve. Every mouthful was heaven with great combinations. The service was very friendly and helpful. Next time I am planning a trip to kilkenny I will be doing my best to book another sitting. (Translated by Google) I don't know where to start with how good this place is.
