"Interested in the menu prepared by the helène darroze chef, we reserved for the lunch euros the meal.) for me, I chose the radishes, zucchini and strawberries but specifying that I did not like raspberry or cheese. I made sure that the goat cheese sorbet would be replaced. actually, it was replaced but by a red fruit sorbet with raspberries...search error. for her part my husband chose the dish and the signature dessert either and euros of supplement. Gold, the supplement of the dish is not justified the meat is good but not exceptional, as for tomatoes they are not at all sublimated. dessert is good but no more. We've been used to the big tables and we've been disappointed, it's not enough a name to make good gourmet cuisine. on the other hand, the service was irreproachable. I'll finish by saying that during the top chef show the chef's credo is the taste of taste but we haven't found this credo in the served plates. We appreciated the trade gesture made at the time of the addition following our constructive remarks."
