"Last night in Mettlach we finally managed to visit the brewery, which had shown us the cold shoulders on Monday (on Saturday at this warm and sunny evening, in the beer garden with a total of 400 seats all tables were occupied, but at many tables there were still some places free. so we agreed with the guests at one of the only half-occupied tables and took place there. I am really not a weaker eater and usually take over the rest of Madame in addition to my normal part, but here it was clear of the good something too much. I couldn't even eat my own portions, let alone take over something else. whether the trier or the mettlacher (or even a completely different variant, whether with cheese or with specus, in the filled palaces, each actually swears on the secret recipe of his grandma. We have taken a prescription and look forward to the reaction of our friends on the Baltic Sea coast. When we sat outside and only on the way to the toilet I can tell the restaurant's inner restaurants. as it belongs to a brewing restaurant, there are at any rate bare copper boilers and the corresponding pipelines, with much light wood. in the bright flowing floor the logo of the brewery is installed as a large inlay. in the beer garden there are quite large, stable tables with about ten places on wooden benches, all with metal frames. Cleanness of the outdoor area was well maintained and clean, even with glasses, plates and cutlery there was no reason to complain. the toilets in the cellar are modern furnished, bright and friendly and were pieksauber."

"Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier und nahmen das empfohlene Slow-Food-Menu. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Speisen waren perfekt gegart, schön angerichtet und haben uns hervorragend geschmeckt. Der Service ist freundlich und kompetent, erschien uns heute aber etwas unkonzentriert. Die Preise sind fair und angemessen. Allerdings könnte die schon in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung des Restaurants eine Auffrischung vertragen. Deshalb vergeben wir heute nicht die Bestnote."

"We had a table in advance on Saturday 15:00. We were told that there was no cook there and unfortunately we can't eat there. A big company sat at the tables and was at dinner. It's a nausea, and we said we hadn't reserved ourselves. Thank you, this place has definitely seen us forever. 0 points and for the rude cancellation there is also a minus point.
