"We ordered chicken vindaloo and goat saag. A side of plain naan and an order of naan stuffed with spices and ground lamb. Medium spicy was requested. The goat saag was very medium, flavorful and a generous serving. The chicken vindaloo was HOT, but very good and again a generous portion. The prices were fair. Service was fair. Looking forward to returning!"

"Good food and great service. I ordered a beer that I'd had before elsewhere. It didn't taste the same and I asked our waitress about it. She brought over the bartender who explained the difference in taste then offered to replace it with something else. They brought me something to taste to make sure I liked it then replaced my drink- and credited our bill. This place is cozy and comfortable but large enough to host larger groups, too. We'll go back again."

"Lordy, but that was really an experience. This was the best highlight for my trip to Lansing. I wish I had bought more cakes for travel. The place smells delicious when you enter, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I don't like cherries, but the cherry cake is great. Both sweet and tart, with real, whole cherries in every bite. Can anyone tell me if they're out of the state?"

"Spagnuolos has been a favorite of ours for many years. We were driving by, discussing what we were going to have for dinner and couldn’t resist visiting one of our favorite restaurants. We were greeted seated right away. Our server Kenadi came to our table immediately, brought our drinks and gave us plenty of time to view the menu. The food was piping hot when it arrived at our table. And, as expected, delicious! I’m glad that Spagnuolos survived the Covid pandemic. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope that more people rediscover this independently owned, non franchised, real food restaurant. I would love to see them busy on a Friday Saturday night again!"

"Good food, comparable to similar sit down Mexican restaurants in the area. A bit slow on service but I would come here again. Updating: Upgrading from 3 to 5 stars because the service has improved quite a bit. We got seated and served exceptionally fast and the food was still good even on a busy Friday. Would have no problem coming here again."
