"I was there for a dinner with colleagues. I am vegetarian, and on the menu there were not so much, but they could adapt some dishes when eggs and vegetables are the principle elements. Very very good the dessert, an homemade cakes with apples. Place is really nice, on a hill where you can see the town and mountains surrounding it!"

"We were with the family of findings by oñati, a beautiful village and ate in this restaurant last time. food is simple. the special menu for 25€ gave us a little, a lot of decoration, all the dishes had enough salsa...the flavor of meats like veal, fish, etc. was not appreciated. I recommend the combined dishes or the daily menu between week. ."

"Hidden gem in Onati ! We arrived one afternoon with no reservation, and the waitress made a prompt effort to set us up a table in the corner under the tree and umbrella on their terrace by the river. The food was amazing! Who would have thought this little place in a tiny town could whip up such good food the Txerri Bao was so good (soft, melt-in-the mouth pork in a light bun) only euros, we ordered another it was so good; the foie plancha also only euros again we ordered another, the mixed croquetas, prawn salad all great. We even ordered mushrooms, seafood rice, beef on creamy mashed potatoes for take out dinner...all amazing. Wonderful, attentive service ....Highly recommended!"

"Me and my friend tried some traditional food: patata bravas (potatoes with sauce), spicy peppers, tortilla with mushrooms. All very good. Great red beer. The place is a confortable taberna, where you can watch football, talk with people, have a glass of wine, and so on. You can stay outside, there is space, without cars."

"Cozy place and a fairly large dining room on the upper floor. Large tables covered in cloth. Service somewhat cold and distant. Tap water served in a plastic bottle instead of glass. Lack of all the dishes offered on the menu, in the end I ate what was there, not what I wanted. Although it is true that everything was very tasty and we ate relatively well. Right price."
