"This place did not disappoint for a fresh lobster dinner. It is located on the outskirts and is next to a motorhome parking. You order your lobster and it is freshly pulled out of the tank to cook for you. It was served with a beautiful Spinach salad and pan roasted potatoes. We started with a fish soup and ended with a chocolate raspberry cake. Prices are less than tourist places in the city 10 minutes walk away. It is a good local fresh unpretentious cuisine. Locals drink at the bar. It reminded me of a Vancouver local “Ouisi” that we often did. If I lived in the beautiful picturesque town of Perce, I would visit this place. It is unpredictable and the locals are friendly."

"One tall woman keeps a friendly smile on her face, takes orders, delivers food outside to people, prepares food, heats food, clears tables, returns heavy bins of dirty dishes to the kitchen, does everything, and the guy behind the counter? Rarely smiles, seems to barely know how to work the cash, doesn't help out much and perhaps is the owner? Typical, n'est-ce pas? Inequality everywhere.... They are understaffed, as are most businesses these days, so she is doing the work of 3 employees while he is doing the work of less than half an employee... He could have been having an off day but I was there two days in a row, same story both days."

"We were treated badly, not a nice way to say it. We were customers and clearly tourists but she refused to talk back in English even for saying I don´t speak English, I´m sorry for any question related to the order or the long waiting... She kept talking back to me in french even I begged her, in my broken french, to swap to English and keep saying that I wasnt able to understand her. Felt very frustrated over the lack of empathy as person not to mention the poor service as client."

"Skip this place if you are in a hurry or vegetarian. I was very disappointed with the overall experience, but my family thought is was average. Service is very slow. I've been here for an hour and a half, and we still have desert and coffee to take, since we took the "table d'hôte". My mother is very annoyed and is doing her not happy pose. But it's useless, we are being ignored. It took over half an hour to get our wine and our soup, then another 30 minutes to get our main dish. I've literally not ate my dish, it's been sitting in front of me for 25 minutes now, and no one has checked in to see if everything is to our satisfaction. Lots of waiting, so I'm writing this review.I ordered the teriyaki tofu asian salad. There is no teriyaki on my tofu, which has been deep fried and is overly chewy and tasteless . I would like to recommend to the restaurant that the tofu be prepared in a different manner. My plate also had old slimey spinach leaves and dirty peppers. I basically gave up on it. It's just not in my taste palette. Perhaps someone else would like this dish. The veal was excellent, well cooked, good sauce, good presentation.Water served was warm.The spaghetti, and the fish and chips were ok.Service is extremely slow. I've just had my plate removed after 40 minutes of it sitting in front of me. The lady is kind, but slow. Finally, she will not charge me on my bill for the main dish, which is extremely appreciated.Ok, deserts were awesome. Key lime pie, pot à l'érable and torte au chocolat were so good! I highly recommend the desserts menu.Overall, I think this restaurant has some good food, you just need to pick wisely. Also, expect to spend at least 2 hours, so don't be in an hurry."
