"Three of us went for lucnch. We were greeted with a smile at the entrance and immediately escorted to our table. They have a nice varried menu with lots of choice. We were pleasantly surprised when our meals arrived with the amount and presentation of the food. Our waitress returned several times to refill our coffees. A definite recommend when you are in Ponoka. We all had the clam chowder. Mmmm good! I had a reuben sandwich and it was stacked high."

"The staff was really nice and brought our food to us but the windows n walls were filthy and the food was terrible fries were hardly cooked and burgers taste like crap!!!!After we had sundaes and I had chocolate and it was aweful it was...no hot fudge it was more like cheep chocolate out of a can yuckkkkk I will never eat here again worst dq I ever been too!! Maybe get some Caucasian staff in!"

"Pizza D'Oro Pizza & Pasta is the tastiest (take-out only) restaurant in town! It is a locally owned family business, offering free delivery in town (on orders over $20 I believe). The food is always hot and fresh, we have it every two weeks!!! The pastas are delicious and filling! No question about it - beats every pizza place in town and in my opinion, best pizza anywhere!!! Try it! You won't be disappointed!"

"We probably go to this Wendy's at least once a month. It almost always has fast service. It sometimes can be hit or miss if the fries are fresh. If they are old or cold we have brought them back to be exchanged without a problem. The hamburger deluxe burger is our favorite go to because it was $1.39 for a small burger. It doesn't get cheaper than that! They have recently upped some of there prices so a hamburger deluxe is now $1.69. Either way it is a good value for your money and the burgers taste fresh and delicious."

"We live in Ponoka and frequent Tim's quite a bit. It was pretty good last year for service and food. But this year it has taken a large dip into mediocre food and very poor service. BUT, my thoughts are that the younger staff are not being given adequate training by their managers or supervisor. And that does not give them a great chance to succeed. So maybe who ever is in charge should look at being a better boss that cares about the food and service they are supposed to ensure. Have a great day!"

"I find the staff/owner there a bit rude, and the baking I've had from there has been dry and rather bland. I have been told it used to be better but they've really concentrated more on their catering business (which I can't blame them for if it makes more money) and it seems the bakery/luncheon has suffered for it."
