"AI was very disappointed . The cheesecake wasn't really cheesecake! Lol It was just sour mush. I have had some amazing food experience in white town but sadly cafe Helena didn't live up to my expectations. Is being hospitable to your customers a lot to ask?! They were rude and didn't replace the stale cheesecake. Paying those extra 100 bucks wouldn't matter much but they losing on customers who take food business very seriously and encourage food lovers to try out the best places and have an amazing experience ! Sadly wouldn't step here again! Thank you but no thank you !"

"Not sure how overall ratings are low but I had amazing time here which led me to visit this place twice in 3 days. First of all, ambiance is very relaxing which helps in easing in. Special mention to the staff who are delight to interact and very courteous. Coming to food, their house bread and dip combination is killing it. Apart from this, we've had Babycorn fingers which was served with balsamic vinegar dip...yum.....Thai red curry with rice, again a marvelous dish and Aubergine Parmigiana....good one. "With mixed bag of reviews I went in this place to satiate my pasta pangs. I wasn't impressed much. Tried two pastas to see if I was judging it on only one padta but both turned out average. <br>

It has a feeling of an old Italian restaurant and you can see the chef cooking. The restaurant looks quite appealing although the taste doesn't match the appeal for pasta. Aglio olio and macroni Mediterranean both fell short to achieve the level of taste they should have.<br>

"Very good table top grill served restaurant. shockproof starters and spread a good evening meal. only the question is that they charge a separate service fee and gst. When I refused to pay the service fees, I was annoyed. I was finally refunded. pls check their bill before they pay! I would have given stars if they were more honest."

"While anandha the gas house as hotel was great with nice rooms and friendly staff, the restaurant surabhi, where we were offered free breakfast was bad. that was probably the worst breakfast buffet I ever had. eating was bland, refilling was slow and service was simply rude. I would not recommend it just because it is free. it needs a lot of improvement."

"We picked this place randomly and went there. No private parking space, but can be done on the street. Wasn't a pain in ass. <br>

Boy Boy. What a great place. The food in the ambience was fantastic. There was light music. Ilairaja songs, ARR songs, Hindi-Tamil songs were sung. It was 9 Saturday night and a very quiet, less crowded place. Perfect for hanging out with music. <br>

"You definitely will love the ambience of the rooftop balcony seating with ambient lighting and the view of white town as you sip your cocktails . The food portion is kinda small for my taste but tastes good. The cocktails were good . I really liked the Pina Colada there."

Keeping a fancy name and lot of french names in the menu does not make a restaurant excellent one. Other than the ambiance nothing was there to boast upon.
