"The service is terrible again. Our second time there was the last time the service and food was amazing. Our waitress literally ran through the restaurant last time. Not so much this time. There were 4 tables of customers including us and two waiters when we arrived there, so I thought our chances could be good. Forever, order the first drinks and then get our drinks forever. We ordered apps and meals. The first thing that comes out was my wife's salad. 5 minutes later my sons were Burger, then another 5 minutes for my Boli, then our apps, then she said it would be a few minutes for my sons Pizzaburger Sub. That came about 5 minutes later. No explanation and then she said? Thank you and went away to get back behind the counter. We finally showed them about 15 minutes later, we asked for refills, but they never got them. Sal asked how things were while I paid the bill and I let him know about it, promised to make it better next time and then hand over two coupons to me. The waitress lets me know it's hard when she trains new people. If she trains the other girl, we will be in trouble until the next owner comes into this pot. Try looking out, no apps and maybe go up and get your own refill."

"Best steak sandwiches by far. So loaded and great quality! It's a small family owned shop so understand they may take a few minutes but we were in and out for 5 people with a big order in maybe 10 minutes. Great service!"

"The food was delicious! Everything came out quickly and the staff was pleasant. There was a problem with one of our dishes and they resolved it by both removing it from our bill and providing a replacement. The chef personally delivered it with his apologies. I was very impressed with how it was handled and we had a positive experience overall. Will definitely be going back!"

"I?m very disappointed. I had asked a simple question very politely and got a very disrespectful answer with a whole attitude I didn?t deserve, and I can think of many polite ways the women could have answered. I?ve worked in food and you should always try to be polite to your customers not the case for them I guess. (On a separate day) I?ve been in a few times and the sauce in my drinks is always sitting at the bottom. It?s like drinking chunky coffee. I?ve asked why before and the women told me they aren?t making the drink the right way even tho they have been taught. So I thought I?d try again and it continues. You will come out of this place smelling like fryer oil. It?s also ridiculous that it costs almost 8 dollars for a medium coffee."
