"It has a large menu, but nothing I had there, really stands out or is better than the equivalent in other local restaurants. it has a fairly extensive bar, but if you focus more on the drinks than eating, then this is the place for them. to be clear: nothing I had here is bad. it's just that nothing I had here is very good."

"In Red Bluff from Chico for an antiquing experience and decided to hit this restaurant up for lunch. Seated within 1 minute and chips/salsa/beans/guacamole were immediately brought to the table. Drinks took about 5 minutes, due to the short bar staff. I ordered the 3 item special, and chose the Enchilada, Tostado, and Flauta, all chicken, with the beans and rice. While the food was well prepared and served, with plenty to eat, the rice was just... yellow rice, made better with my addition of salsa. Again, plenty to eat AND take home, but I did leave behind the rice. The salsa was spicy but not too much heat, the guacamole was freshly made, Tostada was huge, Flauta was crisp and filled... the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Definitely a place I will revisit, but skip the rice and get extra beans."

"I went through the drive-through at 630 in the morning trying to order. There were only two cars that had already gotten their order and were at the window already. I was told to wait a minute by the lady who was taking my order. However, right as I was told to wait, another car came up by the other lane, and the lady took that customer order first while I was already waiting for a good minute. After they took that customer order, I continued to wait for another 7, almost 8 minutes, but they still haven't taken my order. I tried talking through the mic, but no one answered no I backed up and left. I called this poor customer service."

"Ordered 3 bold burritos, two with onions and one without. They made them all with onions. I went back and they “fixed” it. As I opened the burrito I noticed they forgot to add the white sauce. I checked the other two and they had forgotten it on them as well. I go back in and asked if bold means just adding fries or fries and sauce. Confirmed it means fries and sauce so I told the manager it was missing the sauce and she said “it’s on there”. I told her it wasn’t and showed them. Then they tried to take the burritos back to add it. I ended asking to get it on the side as the person who tried taking it was also the cashier dealing with payments. This isn’t the first incident here and I’m not one who complains AT ALL, but that was just terrible. Had the customer service been better I wouldn’t have complained but not even that was so good."

"On my second visit to Reiter's, I was again greeted in a pleasant manner and was helped promptly. For sake in the bakery cases were scones, Danish cheese pastries, and cinnamon rolls, alongside more unusual offerings (from Germany/ Austria/ Switzerland especially). There have been, both trips, items I couldn't pronounce, which I find interesting. Eclairs and Pfefferneuse I know, but what was that cake which began with an M? The kind and knowledgeable woman behind the counter will help! Go and try something delicious. Will return again!"
