"Don't get me wrong, their food is really good. But that doesn't excuse poor service which is really what matters. Each time I go or bring others to try the place, the staff is very pretentious. They're not attentive and really just lounge since they don't have to earn their tips. Today was the last straw. Apparently they don't do carry out on weekends, yet there is no disclaimer online to notify anyone. They also NEVER answer their phone. It's just a pre-recorded message and that also does not mention anything about no carry out on weekends. For their message to be so long, I can't imagine how hard it is to take 2 seconds to mention that. I tried calling 5 times and even left a message. Could have saved me 45 minutes of my day if I knew ahead of time. Overall I believe the organization just feels invincible because they know their food is good. Well, Chipotle was a regular for me and look at them now. Humble yourselves and self-assess where you have room to improve. Edit: omg I just noticed you all replied haha. Just shows how easy it was to forget this place. I would imagine a take out option would be a compliment to your business and the demand of your food. My issue never was never not having take out. Maybe try reading the entire post before responding. But From reading other reviews, it's clear you have a sort of racist tone and your superiority complex is one of those old habits die hard situations. So there's nothing else to be said."

"Husband order was wrong night before he called and a guy told him to come after 3pm next day and he'd get his full sandwich replace gave his name n everything. Guy didn't write it down so when we get here he only was able to get 6in n we had to pay for other 6in, they were out of alot of things and some of people on shift had attitudes or were not paying attention or just being slow. My son bread on his sandwich was hard as well but we didn't say anything because they didn't seem to care bout my husband order in the 1st place. I'm very disappointed. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
