"Stopped off for an impromptu dinner to save cooking and couldn't have been more pleased. Faultless friendly service with beautifully cooked and presented homemade food, catered for five of us including two fussy kids. My husband had the duck which was on the specials menu,...it was cooked to perfection. We will defiantly be returning."

"A very tastefully decorated bar with a traditional feel to it. Plenty of local french people in there so not too touristy. It is a really nice friendly bar with a great atmosphere. It's the sort of place where you feel comfortable chatting to complete strangers. I didn't eat there so can't comment on the food but the Camden Pale Ale was gorgeous, not shockingly expensive either. The owner Mark is really welcoming and barman Greg adds his own French style to the service. I cannot recommend this bar highly enough"

"Restaurant très typique savoyard. Ici pas de chichi. De l'authentique. La salle du restaurant est une ancienne écurie bien restaurée qui donne, porte ouverte, sur la cuisine. Pas de triche, on peut voir que tout est fait "maison". Ambiance conviviale et cuisine simple mais bonne. A essayer absolument les galettes de pomme de terre, sûrement les meilleures que nous ayons mangées, accompagnées de son assiette de charcuteries.Loin des circuits des vacanciers, un endroit connu des gens du coin, je le recommande à tout le monde (3/4 d'heure de marche depuis la station de St Jean d'Aulps)."

"J'ai du manger au cours des dernières années, une bonne trentaine de fois chez minet, et je n'ai Jamais été déçu ! Plat du jour toujours extra, viandes extra, plat savoyard généreux ! Mention spéciale pour les frites maison, tellement rare de nos jours ! Bonne ambiance générale ! Sans oublier le petit coup de jaja du patron ! Si vous venez pendant les vacances scolaires, faite la fondue du soir, soirée accordéon, chant, fondue, et décente des pistes avec une torche et les moniteurs de ski ! Super soirée et souvenirs assurés!!"

"Very nice place, after a narrow mountain road. Beautiful view with different walks. The pasta is cooked to the point and very appetizing, charcuterie and cheese served with generosity and freshness. Very welcoming and attentive staff to customers. We will return as soon as possible. Thank you."
