"Visited on a special event day, with a packed restaurant. Service was very good but we felt a little pressured to leave quickly after we ate. Quality of food was excellent. Wine list is fabulous with lots of options by the glass. Planning to come back!"

"4 of us ate At Il Piatto at 5pm on Friday Feb. 29th. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable but the food took BBC a long time to come. We ordered some desserts and waited and waited finally we gad to leave to go to a show so at 6:55 we told our waiter wf had a problem. He suggested they could pack our desserts to go. We said yes and then we left. On Sunday we got the bag out of the fridg and there was only 3 desserts!!!! They all were about 2 tablespoons. I know during restaurant week the desserts are smaller but this was ridiculous. Something was not right in the kitchen that evening!!!! We usually live your place but now I am not sure if we will go back which is too bad but thus was very weird!"

"Everything on the menu looked amazing, and everything we ordered absolutely was. The Scallop and Shrimp Ceviche was perfectly seasoned, nice fresh lime juice, the homemade chips were perfect with it. My wife had the green chile cheeseburger, which was also perfectly cooked, and the sweet potato fries were perfect. The real star was the tomahawk pork chop perfect medium, the glaze was incredible without being overpowering, the veggies were perfectly cooked, and the green chile cheese grits were literally the *best* grits I've ever had I didn't know grits could be that good! On top of all that, the prices were affordable. We didn't order alcohol, the total for two with an appetizer was around $100."

"An absolute must. Very casual atmosphere, hole in the wall mexican restaurant with a new and interesting twist on Mexican classics. The fish tacos and lamb tacos were out of this world. I definitely recommend the salsa and chips. Their housemade green salsa is a deliciously unique experience. Their menu has something for everyone. The margaritas were some of the best I've had. Great service. Wonderful staff. Beautiful decor."
