"We wandered in a parachute the gr5, so just one night, and looked for a simple, good and authentic restaurant. we received this note from a Schirmeck citizen. we ordered a tarte comb with goat cheese and a steak meat called 'onglet de boef ' .hanger steak'. both were very good. the weep: pinot blanc and cote du rhone by glass were the best weeps of our 4-day vacation. very good choice. we never thought this little restaurant with a cozy atmosphere would prepare us such a goo menu. Thank you!"

"Je vais dans le coin de Schirmeck assez régulièrement , et une fois de plus vers midi je décide de déjeuner à la taverne de la perle ou j'avais un peu mes habitudes avec une entrée version buffet froid toujours frais et pas mal de choix , le plat de résistance suffisant et très correct . A mon dernier passage ,la version buffet avait disparue au profit d'une simple entrée assez moyenne .En posant la question à la serveuse pourquoi ce changement ,elle me dit qu'il y avait une nouvelle direction ,et donc une nouvelle carte avec un choix très réduit , et franchement très moyen ,par contre les prix à la hausse .Le service reste toute fois rapide et sympa ,mais cela ne me convient plus du tout ,dommage ."
