"Went here for dinner last night-stake full of fat and gristle, service was bad at the bar- 2 staff members having a conversation and wouldn't serve until they had finished talking, one of the meals had a hair in it ( was replaced with a drink ) the only good thing was the salad bar and I have been here a number of times and even that has been a lot better, not sure if we will be returning"

"Cosy little place with a good range of craft beer, the beers on tap change regularly. They serve pizzas as well which are great. The cheesy garlic bread is incredible. Has become a regular for an after work drink"

"I made it down for a late breakfast at Swedish Tarts at Semaphore this morning. I do stop in here for coffee from time to time, which I’ve always enjoyed. I was greeted at the counter this morning by a very friendly staff member who...took my order straight away. I ordered a “Smashed Avo”, to which I added Halloumi. I decided to skip the coffee today (as it was a 40°c summers day), and opted for an Apple Juice instead. The bill came to $30.50, which seemed a bit rich at the time. I was given my number and I sat at a little table by the window. My Apple juice came out straight away. I was expecting a bottle of Apple juice , but was pleasantly surprised to receive a large glass, that was freshly juiced in-house. My food came out shortly after, to which I was far less impressed with. In all fairness to the kitchen, the food was presented very well, and it was clearly obvious the level of pride they put into their work. The flavours in this dish were really nice and well balanced the (1) poached egg that came with the dish was cooked correctly. My main beef with the this mornings experience was the serving size vs. my $30.50 bill. Although the actual Smashed Avocado was delicious, it was barely enough for the 2x pieces of toast that came with the dish. Also, 2x pieces of toast should equal 2x Poached eggs (not 1), surely.. The extra Halloumi I purchased was nice enough, but probably not worth the $5.00 I had to pay for it. As a whole, I feel I really didn’t receive value for money at Swedish Tarts this morning. I left there unsatisfied, still hungry, and $30.50 out of pocket. I’m starting to notice a similar trend of dissatisfaction with these franchise cafe chains. Maybe there’s a lesson there.."

"Menu is good with good selection of food. I had the pizza and the base was a bread base, not a pizza base. The bread became soggy which detracted from the pizza origins. For $25.00 I expect what I was eating in Italy for $15.00. My wife had the burger. Big to say the least but the bun was also too much. <br>
I liked it but it is expensive for what it is. Still needs a paint job and a spruce up. F"

"Journey to Everest is our favourite local restaurant where the service is always good and welcoming and the food is gorgeous. All the dishes are great, starting with the sharing platters and going from there. If you like curries are that cooked from scratch with plenty of 'bits' such as cardamom pods, cloves and cinnamon sticks and no pastes you will love this restaurant"

"The mismatched tables and glasses etc. are all very cute and make for a nice atmosphere. <br>
- Coffee is very expensive especially when you factor in the $1.50 for non-dairy milk. <br>
- The food was reasonably nice but nothing amazing as it lacked flavour a little bit <br>
- I asked if there was another water glass and was told "I'm not sure I'll check" and never got one which was quite poor I thought. <br>
- There was a slight off putting smell when we walked in but once we moved near the door it was okay. However, we ended up being forced out by the overpowering smell of whatever was cooking as it was so strong and unbearable. <br>
- overall an okay experience but we won't be going back as there are lots of other delicious looking cafes along that road!"

"We went to Sullys for lunch and the food was excellent. Have been here several times and the food has been great every time. We had dukka crusted lamb backstrap, chicken burger and Thai salad all of which were reasonably priced and delicious. Just a...shame that they are no longer open for evening meals looks like long lunches may be the way to go!"
