"Staff was hopelessly overwhelmed during the week of the Sligo Jazz Festival. One must assume that management/owners are not willing to pay their waiters appropriately and thus can't find enough personnel. Shame because it's a nice venue and perfect for the jazz jams and concerts they hosted all week. Food is also quite good. Fair play to the staff who were there, they did the best they could and still got snapped at by ignorant customers."

"While we were in sligo, we sat here two nights. we enjoyed lamb and local fish with risotto. delicious. beautifully presented. beautiful portions. creative and delicious desserts. the service was good as the waiting staff was thrilled to offer first-class service."

"Pizzas were good albeit cold on arrival I am not sure if they carry them in hot boxes on route as we are approx 5km from town. I called and spoke to the shop re on arrival extra €5 delivery costs. No problem for the extra for the service but not happy it wasn’t transparent anywhere on the site or app. Cash is not king and we have to dig deep to find 10c and 20c and 50c pieces for this unknown extra charge. Please put this on the site so it is known and therefore the receiver is aware and can plan ahead as the reason for the delivery is that it may not be possible to collect and tap. A small tip re fresh basil put it on after the pizza is cooked : . Thankyou for lovely pizzas and all the extra options."

"Mixed reviews from our visit on Sunday. The waiter was a lovely man who was very pleasant and kind. We thought that the food was nice enough However quite small portions. The area that we were surprised by was the cost. I ordered a chicken dish that came with chips and I asked to change to chunky instead of skinny. When paying I had being charged extra for the chips the skinny chips were not there only the chunky)making my meal which I thought was far far too much! Definitely did not think it was worth the money."

"Had the Papas Pepperoni. Lots of cheese and pepperoni. I paid for additional toppings mushrooms and pineapples. The portions were very small and definitely not worth € 1.75 each. Therefore only 4 stars"
