"EDIT: Piasano's called the next day and apologized. They refunded the cost of the rolls. We weren't necessarily interested in either but did want to update this to accurately reflect the situation.Large seating area, you'll never not find a seat. Food is decent. Pizza rolls are better at other joints in town but if location is what your after, this is the only half decent place on the south side of the city that isn't a major franchise.As for service, you will be disappointed. We tried this place one time previously, they messed up the order but we're willing to bite our tongue and give it another go, maybe someone had a bad day. We all have em, it's fine.We went back last night, left with another botched order. This time big mama called em up just to see what's up. We paid $15 for 4 pizza rolls and they weren't correct, plus they were under cooked. Literal dough on our plates. The manager basically told us he knows they were made correctly. I don't know if they use x-ray for QA/QC or what but we were the ones attempting to eat them and we paid for pizza rolls, not pizza dough.We visit a lot of restaurants in town. I'm a horrible cook and so I appreciate those that cook for others. We've left $100 tips, we buy random strangers' meals. This kind of service, honestly, was pathetic. And this pizza shop is the closest one to our house. Oddly enough, before we upgraded, the previous location off Welborn was closest to our house at that time too.This place lost a few customers over $15 worth of pizza rolls. Check my profile, we review alot of restaurants and believe it or not, we have friends. We can't put em out of business, and we'd never aim to, but I hope they don't expect to swipe our plastic again."
