"I took my wife to jubilee here, and it was just sublime. lindsey was our server and was incredibly attentive, punctual and helpful with suggestions. we started with the roasted garlic and utter, had snapper and ny, and revealed in the decade of their goat cheesecake. the atmosphere was perfect and the restaurant was wonderfully empty our table felt like an island in the clouds with view of the garden. the price is perfect, and most of the reviewers claim that it is high just to live above their railway station. there was only an unfortunate aspekt that we had forgotten to bring bigger moats! if they are a person of good taste and good standing, in contrast to the boorish naysayers, then they will thoroughly enjoy larrupin! '"

"I stop every time I'm traveling between Denver and Phx!Food is only surpassed by the staff!!!I always agjust my travel to make sure I'm in Trinidad when they are open! I don't know if the dining room will be open next week but I sure hope so! The park across the street is always a nice place for lunch break."

"I really wanted to love this place as it did have a beautiful view and others reviewed it so highly. However, my experience was that Moonstone exploits this view to overcharge for decent but not great food. Our meal was just okay and definitely not worth the prices. Music is something I don't even think I would notice but there was extremely loud electronic music that totally killed the ambience; we couldn't wait to get out of there. Our server was prompt and kind but I couldn't hear anything he said over the music and I don't know how he heard us. Perhaps we cam on an off night but we won't be back because of it."

"I had the Ribeye, speghetti and calamari. Food drinks were on point. My Steak was on point. The atmosphere staff were extremely on point. They just lost one of their cooks in a traffic accident yet they all pulled together to give their guest an experience to remember. So Beautiful! Please support these amazing people!!"

"We are from Denver. We come to Trinidad about once a year. Bob and Earl's and Lee's bbq are our go-to places. No matter what you order it's great. And, no matter what you order, as the wait staff walks past you with plates of food for other tables you find yourself wishing you had ordered what they had The place does get busy, especially on a Sunday morning, so sometimes it's hard to get a refill on coffee. But small price to pay for an amazing diner experience!"

"There don’t seem to be a lot of good restaurant choices in Trinidad. My hotel recommended Trinidad Smokehouse as having good food and being welcoming. I ate at the bar, and the bartender was quite welcoming and friendly. The food was just OK. There were no local beers on tap. The decor was fun – it has a tin ceiling and some old mounted trophies. If I were to come through town again, I would probably try a different restaurant next time."
