"I ordered online and was surprised that my food was not ready when I got there, as it was 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. I asked about my to go order and they said it would be right out. I sat for a while and heard the woman ask her coworker if my food was being made and the guy said that he hadn't even started it. I watched as the entire restaurant filled up multiple times with everyone getting their food before they had even started making my mine. I sat for 20 more minutes. The employee who brought my to-go order did apologize for the wait but I was still puzzled as to why they served 20 or more customers before even starting my past due order. Then I got to the car and realized that they forgot my green salsa to go with the chips that I ordered. I came back in and politely asked them for my green salsa because it was part of my order. Then I stood and waited even longer until I eventually left without my salsa. My wife had a big chunk of something burnt in her salad. I would like a refund. The woman who apologized seemed like a nice person, but the overall service was so poor, not to mention the burnt food that I have to give it one star."

"Been by this spot a ton of times, finally stopped in. I ordered to go but I will definitely dine in. The bar and dining area are nicely decorated , the bar top and a long table in the bar are beautiful. I picked a good time to go in as it was not super busy and while I waited for my order I was able to chat with an employee who was either off or on a break. As a smoke kinda guy and a former E.C. I had some questions. ok so I got the pulled pork on a bun for my son, burnt ends and a cajun sausage for myself. All in all the food was good zero complaints. Way Way better than say that chain BBQ place around. Will be my go to for smoked meats when my smokers put away during the winter for sure."

"Whenever we are going into the Grand Rapids area, we always stop at Uccello’s and we live on the east side of the state, so yes, we really like the place.This visit was for my graduation commencent and this was the choice for our cravings and I knew my choice before we left the house.Apps- pizza puffs and calamari, both fabulous, and the calamari melts, and is not rubbery, love itMinestrone soup- wonderful flavorEntrees were very tasty and did not disappoint, daughter had a pizza sandwhich, other daughter had create your own pasta and wife had lasagne,, myself, the entree that keeps me coming back, the seafood risotto. This time, of all the times of celebrations, it was a miss, the seafood risotto only had shrimp in it, no scallops or crabmeat. Of course I was disappointed, but the flavor was still very good. We did inform the waitress and she wanted to know if I wanted another, but there was no way I could eat another dish and it was not removed from the bill. Outside of this, our waitress was great.Only other issue was the lack of wanting to be at work by the hostess, she just had that “don’t want to be here” look on her face, as she was laying across the hostess station as she was staring at social media on her phone.Again, we do love it here and we will come back, just disappointed on celebration day.5/14/2022James, can you provide me a way to contact you?"

"I have ordered from this place probably around 100 times, tonight I placed an order and right before it went out for delivery they called me saying their manager Jessie asked them not to deliver my order because I was outside of the delivery map even though like I have mentioned I have ordered probably 100 times if not more from this location, and I tip well. So I drive up there to talk to them, but Jessie wouldn 't talk to me, they wouldn 't even tell me if he was there... So they finally show me the delivery map, and my address is on it, I live on Cane Market fairly close to Florida blvd, their map showed that cane market was on deliverable where I was, and even several minutes past me, but not further down Florida blvd, they were trying to say they canceled my order because they can 't deliver to that side of the street LOL! but they can across the street, even 10 minutes up the same road, anyone in their right mind knows this wasn 't the intention of the delivery map. Keep in mind I am a very regular customer, tip well, and only live 8 minutes from them, and tried to plead my case, I was slightly disgruntled during the encounter (obviously), but never at all threatening and they didn 't ask me to leave. A few minutes later I get a call from walker PD saying they accused me of going behind the counter and through the side door, both of which are absolute lies, I left peacefully, have video evidence from my phone of the whole encounter, and video from my Tesla. So now I will be pursuing legal action if possible, if nothing else obviously reaching out to corporate with my evidence. I own a locksmith firm in Walker, have never ever had the police called on me before tonight. And tonight was based on absolute lies, truly a new low for fast food experiences. Thanks for ruining multiple peoples nights for absolutely no reason."

"A friend and I usually pick up here once in the month of dinner. the service is always great in the and eating is exceptional. Usually, it is enough that I can make two meals from one dish. we got dinner last night, and there was so much to eat that there was almost too much for even two meal times. we are becoming customers to this facility."
