"I work nearby and this is an extremely busy Subway but the staff are very fast and efficient so even if the queue is out the door you won't wait long. They have only a couple of tables inside and a few more on the footpath. It is a Subway so you at least know what you are getting!"

With this god damned Food restriction diet, I was pleasantly surprised how well the handled my requests of "No onion, No Garlic, GF bun" and still brought out an amazingly tasty burger! Menu has changed from the last time I have been, so I really like all the new choices, with a few old faithfuls still there too.<br>
I had a Nourish & Flourish with complimentary chips and New Moon had her faithful Bird & Brie. <br>
With a glass of Shiraz which was pleasantly smooth, I am so glad I made the effort to venture out on a work night!"

"The coffee had a great temperature and a rich dark flavour. However I was hit with unfortunate spikes of bitterness. Unfortunately there were coffee grounds in my cup which would explain the bitterness.<br/ <br/ A bit of tweaking and it could just be brilliant"

"Coffee Roaster - West End, Brisbane. Looks can be deceiving or they can have you try to recheck that you are in the right place. This is so here, amongst a bunch of retail shops this little coffee house does not look like much from the outside and from looking in you will have to step into the shop to see that it is a coffee place. That is even with the signs pointing towards it. This is amongst the southern suburb's best places. <br>

A few hours later, the apt analogy for what the look is is that it reminds me a bit of a school tuckshop with the walk-up window to place the order. The rest of the space is very open and comforting - you do not have to chose al fresco to have the feeling here; they even accomodate to the kids with a play area in one corner. So this is really a place for moms to go for a break. <br>

"The Swiss Gourmet Deli has a great selection for meals dining in or taking away but the real reason you should do yourself a favour and visit here are the Portugese Custard Tarts. They are the real deal and baked to perfection. Other Portuguese speciality desserts are also on offer and worth trying."

"Busy location on Saturday. Hard to get into the place if driving, particularly on Saturdays. Cafe typical of area. Service was average. Place was half full and we waiting some time for coffee and raisin toast. Both of which arrived separately. Still I did observe a number of meals around me and they seemed nice. I would like to think the service was a one off. I may give it another chance before giving it the fatal double cross of no return."
