"This shop is a very unique combination of diverse food stuffs offered as shelf stock, eat-in (including seasonal patio dining) or as a provider of food baskets as gifts. We initially stopped by a couple of years ago on a walk downtown and found it to be a most attractive and interesting venue. To our surprise we were greeted with a very diverse and fascinating international array of both domestic & international foodstuffs as well as a select range of unique commodities from coffees to hot sauces to chocolate. We were also pleased to find that they offered an excellent menu of food offerings, all prepared to order on site. The venue is somewhat narrow but opens up towards the rear of the shop & provides access to a small patio. We were so impressed with the selection of various goods that we have opted to stop in regularly for gift buying for family and friends. We so highly recommended it to family in the US that they gift us each Christmas with a marvelous food basket, including cheeses that are both unique & wonderful at the same time. The service is always efficient and very knowledgeable on each of the commodities made available for sale. The lunch sandwiches that we have sampled have been excellent with the highest quality ingredients and the literal size of the offering. The price point on the food offerings is slightly above the norm but well within an acceptable range. Similarly the unique shelf items may be considered to be priced a tad high; but, given the sourcing and quality that we have personally experienced, the return on the investment is more that equitable. The Deli & Cafe has become a regular stop on our walks about downtown Woodstock. Highly recommended. **** 4 stars"

"Its barBurrito day 31 days of gracious August 3, 2020 in Woodstock Ontario. We're in line waiting thru off and on rain to get inside the restaurant to buy burritos, 3 tacos and extreme fries. We waited for over an hour. The owner came out...at 5pm to tell people way back on the line that they were closing to maintain integrity of product, cause in other words they were running out. We were next to go inside and thought whew were lucky but your scheduled hours to close is 9pm not 5pm so what the heck!!! We waited and waited and final got to the counter after waiting for an hour to order... we ask for 6 burritos and the young guy making food says, we're out of GROUND BEEF !!!!!!! And nacho cheese...WTF You can't have extreme fries, or tacos or burritos. Scheduled to not close for another 3 hours, and on a 31 days if gracious, they should've been better prepared and had more product and more staff working. What an AWFUL REPRESENTATION of 31 days gracious representation Barburitto. Woodstock location should not be allowed to represent in the next promotion. The wife kept checking with her husband about being done serving customers, she clearly didn't want to serve anymore, because of lineup. Running out of ground beef is like a Burger King running out of whoppers on whopper day, a McDonald's running out of Big Macs on $4.99 special and Taco Bell running out of Ground beef!!! It's the MAIN product of burritos, tacos, etc. RIDICULOUS, INCOMPETENCE, UNPREPARED."

"We stopped here on the way to TO. It's okay for a bathroom break and a very expensive drink. $2.49 for a bottle of water was the cheapest I found and Timmie's is lined up 20 deep."

"So I'm not much of a Burger King fan to begin with...and my last 2 experiences just confirm why I'm not. Last week my boyfriend went to the Woodstock, ON location. I asked him to get me the nuggets. He comes back with chicken fries...why? Because they didn't have nuggets. Ok...whatever. The chicken fries were still good. So tonight I thought I'd try a chicken sandwich with onion rings....well lo and behold there's no onion rings until Saturday! It's only Wednesday! So I get home and start eating my chicken burger and a tomato falls out...no problem right?! That is until I see the stem still attached to it! Seriously...who would make a sandwich with the stem still attached. All my years that I worked in fast food that end piece of tomato always got thrown out. So 3 problems within 2 visits after years of not going will likely lead to me not going back again for years....if ever again.I have posted on the Burger King Facebook as well with no real response other than to fill out the customer service survey. Spend the 5 or 10 minutes doing so but there's no where on there for anyone to contact me. So much for customer service."
