"...but the service would definitely not get good in my scale and there was no one to take my order. I wait patiently like 10 15 minutes and then a guy came out, wondered if I had already ordered and when I told him 'no', went down to the kitchen and told someone there that I wait... nobody showed up in the next 10 minutes and so I had to go. A very strange experience."

"We used to come regularly to spend a few days in this hotel (years 80-fin 90.) and then face the drop of all the services – hotels – restaurants, etc. – we had stopped our visits.Lastly, we returned there for a lunch: what a surprise! We ate in the rotunda: beautiful! burrata salad di latte di bufala, and red oak leaf salad, in the entrance, followed by a steak tartare and a sole meunière: just write these lines, I have water in the mouth.Thank you to the new team. his professionalism and kindness. As a result, we have modified a business meal to invite our contacts to discover this wonderful place. We look forward to returning to the hotel soon."

"We rate this our best in Switzerland so far. We opted for a salad entree which was very good but we both had the lamb rack and it was excellent. Came with a potato dish and hot side bowl of vegtables. Wine reasonable prices and...we were given a complimentary plate of bread and prociutto and also a shrimp cocktail. We did not have room for dessert. Service was good. We will fondly remember this meal."
