"Went here during my last couple days in Ixtapa. Fireball has great food for any occasion and a friendly staff that will treat you right. The coconut shrimp with mango sauce is my favorite. Also, the skirt steak tacos are a very good meal. A friend had the bacon cheeseburger and enjoyed that. Said it tasted more like back home. This little spot is surely worth a visit. The owners just concocted some Fireball ice cream for the desert menu...great little treat after a hot day at the beach."

"Wonderful service from a friendly wait staff but be sure to brush up on your Spanish or you will struggle to order. The food is fantastic, very inexpensive and authentic as are the Mexican street dogs who roam around your table and the alleys as you enjoy your feast. El Pastor seems to be the hot menu item but we enjoyed chicken tacos and a beef stuffed potato which were very good along with ice cold cervesas promptly delivered upon request."

"This restaurant was recommended to us by a local Expat. And his recommendation did not disappoint. The Canadian style breakfast with a Mexican twist was just excellent. The fruit plate was ample and the hot cakes were light and fluffy. My husband craved his egg and bacon (Canadian style, over easy) and pronounced this place the best breakfast place in town! But there is more to this restaurant than just breakfast. Every day they present the Commida Corrida for a mere $50 pesos per plate. Traditional Mexican fare with a couple of North American specialties as well. Nothing bad about this place!"

"Nice little cafe with great Mexican food. Very inexpensive and one of the very few places with A/C. What made the meal even better was the four condiments served on a tray--spicy shredded carrots, something like pickled onions with habenaros, spicy hicama, and a mild light green sauce. The nachos with guacamole and mole enchiladas were great, and the extra condiments made them out of this world. Definitely will go back. Rarely do I post reviews, but I want this little place to make it. I've included photos of the chef, place and condiments."
