Forgotten orders. Time of endless waiting. Lost and unreactive staff. And it's not good to tell me we need to talk to the manager because the manager is even more lost than the employees... The only thing he can say is the refund (although always happy). Staff management courses may be considered. A macdo as we rarely do. Looks like three-quarters of employees are in a leisure class. This macdo is a vaccine against macdo."
