"I was there to enjoy my annual McRib. In view of the holiday they seemed to fix the traffic. The McRib Sandwich was great! And luckily, the unsweetened tea was fresh enough to drink."

"When I’m able to order here, the food is okay. Customer service is generally subpar, but that is the case with most McDonalds. The kicker about this location is that, although they claim to be 24 hours, they refuse to serve anyone after approximately midnight. I have rolled through the drive through multiple times and been immediately told “We’re closed”. When asked what the new hours are, there’s no response. Either the hours should be updated to reflect this, or the workers should actually do their jobs at night."

"Disappointing visit this past weekend. We came here because jarliings had a long wait and we didn’t feel like waiting, big mistake. First, Although the line wasn’t very long the wait would have been the same at the other place. Second, They are definitely under staffed and its sad to see the employees stressed out. Third, it was hotter inside the building then outside. My ice cream was melting inside the store it was so hot. Again back to the employees Seeing them stresses and sweating wasnt ideal. Lastly the ice cream was terrible. The texture was off for me, tasted like the ice cream set out and dried and then was re-frozen leaving a chewy texture. And the hot fudge sundae is made with syrup and not fudge. I ended up throwing my ice cream away. Overall my experience was terrible and i wont come back. For half the cost I could’ve went somewhere else. I’ve been to an oberweis before in the suburbs and it was great so im not sure why this store’s ice cream taste different. The only reason why im giving this place 3 stars instead of 1 is because despite the set backs the employees were kind and hard working. Definitely needs better management and organization to help with the quality issues."

"We just had a horrible experience. We waited ten minutes to be acknowledged when we walked in and only after we complained to the manager we were taken to a table by a busser who looked like he hadn’t showered in days. We had a lovely waitress But then waited for 35 minutes for our food to arrive only after we complained about how long it was all taking. The manager herself delivered the food with no apology. The food was cold and tasted terrible. The pancakes were inedible. We are never going back. This is a horribly managed restaurant."

"Not a bad place to stop. It does seem like most of the employees are not really wanting to be there and it shows at times. It's hard to find good people but for the most part the ones that do try are awesome and keep that place going. Prices are going up everywhere but feel they are better then the low quality of a place like mcdonalds. Their service and food are way better than the standard of most places now days"
