"So this special carls is in my business center and my employees and I never go here because their service is so bad. I complained before a ride through order, but gave them a shot today and decided to go instead. I've been specifically engaged to the manager when she took my order, hoping to get her well since the last time, that was the problem. I paid almost $10 for a sandwich and pommes. asked about the white American cheese (paid an additional $0.50) asked for tomato (paid an additional $0.49) and sheet salat instead shredded. so naturally they give me yellow cheese, which is not a big thing that I can handle, but they gave me salat, which looked old and an end cut of tomatoes over the size of a dollar piece. I was just wondering if she could change my tomate for a bigger disc, as she just accused me fifty cent for it, yes I would have set myself on goal and got a whole that probably for about a dollar or so more, but I thought I would pay for the convenience only. but christy, the manager rolled her eyes and told the girl that I am picky. I said I paid for being worth my monies. Anyway, I'm back at work now and I don't even want to do that. I'll stop at this place last time!"

"I ordered the patty melt and what I recieved was extremely disappointing. Google image search a patty melt and you 'll see everything that this burger was not. We placed a togo order and specifically asked the girl at the register if they could cook our burgers medium because we hate a dry burger and she said, of course they can do that. Our burgers took so long to come out that it really wasn 't that big of a surprise when we took a bite and noticed how overcooked and exceedingly dry both of our burger patties were. My patty melt consisted of two of the driest pieces of toast, dehydrated meat patty, one measly slice of cheese, and a few grilled onions. Everything about this burger was sad, underwhelming and insulting to patty melts everywhere. If I had known it was going to be this boring and bland, I would have at least ordered one of the regular burgers so I could have the vegetables to help with the taste. The fries aren 't even worth talking about they were so limp and gross."

"Grilled oysters was decent, shrimp and crab cakes tasted fishy and crab cakes over cooked with a hard shell, garden salad and oysters was bland. Crawfish bisque was really good. Real pricey for the food portion. Service was good and attentive. Very disappointed, expected better, won't be be back, seafood money better served elsewhere."

"We went here after a funeral for one of our cy woods band friends whom sadly passed away. We were feeling pretty down but this dinner lifted our spirits up and our waiter Erick was a really big part of it. He was very attentive, friendly, and respectful. I ended up giving Erick a $200 tip for being so great and serving such a big party of people, especially high schoolers who typically don’t tip as much (trust me, I know). I am a manager and server at IHOP and I know how difficult the job can be but also how rewarding it is to go home with a good tip. I also want to give a shout-out to the manager that took the picture below, it will always hold a special place in my heart. especially after this sudden loss where you have to remember to love your friends and show them you care. Thank you saltgrass and especially Erick for making our night better and memorable in a good way! Keep it up!"
