"There is a reason this location has low ratings. I waited 24 minutes in the drive through for my order. They made me drive around the front with 2 other cars. I waited and waited, and finally I went back through the drive through to say I want a refund, I no longer need my food after waiting 24 minutes. They would not give me a refund, just offered me a cake or drink, which I declined. The supervisor told me they were under staffed. I could see 6 employees walking around. He said 2 are training, two are leaving and nothing he can do about it. I waited another 5-7 minutes for them to give me me small order (just a hamburger and a chicken sandwich, fries and onion rings). The fries were burnt and only had about 10 in the package, the onion rings were small and had about 6 in the package, the hamburger was cold and the chicken sandwich was over cooked and cold. Pretty sure they gave me old ones that had been sitting there for an hour or more. VERY disappointed. I will call the manager (supervisor said manager payton was out of town). I love KFC, but I will NEVER go to the Draper location ever again. BE AWARE of poor service and POOR quality of food!!!!!!! stay away!!!!!!!! SO the total time, took me over 30 minutes to get my order! UNBELIEVABLE!"

"Honestly, I love this place. However, the ice cream I received had frost bite all over it. Had so much Carmel that it was just pure sugar and a half inch at the bottom of the to go bowl. No cookie dough in the ice cream either. I had literally 3 pieces. I was very disappointed. The service is extremely slow and the cleanliness of the place is pretty bad too."

"I've been to some smash burgers that are booming with business. This is not one of them. We went around 5:30 only to be the only people in the restaurant. There were a few people who came in and picked up orders while we are so we weren't the only people. As we walked up, we weren't even sure it was open. Inside the restaurant was grungy and it felt dirty. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned and the floor was speckled with food. There was no music or background anything which gave off a creepy vibe. Now the restaurant didn't look nice and felt like you would expect if you walked into a restaurant that had been abandoned. But that being said the food was really good! It was a fresh and tasty. The customer service was very good and the workers were very friendly. We got the brisket burger and avocado burger with sweet potato fries. It was a bit on the salty side, but still really good! Unfortunately the atmosphere of this location has probably made this our last smash experience. At least for a while..."

"I normally love Astro burgers. Tonight I went in for 3 shakes and a large fry. I ordered two Oreo/strawberry shakes and one Oreo. The Oreo shake was great but the other two shakes were complete liquid and foam (almost water consistency).They were handed to me In the drive through and almost spilled when they were handed to me they were so liquid. I drive around and went back into the store. The employee that handed me the liquid shakes was already talking to another co worker and laughing as I walked in. I commented that the shakes were not shakes and that something had happened as the Oreo shake was fine but these were not. The employee turned her back on us and started talking to another employee in Spanish. She didn’t know we spoke Spanish. As we were getting a refund the manager asked the original employee (in Spanish) if we wanted new ones. She refused to remake them and told him no. She told HIM (not us)that when they mix the strawberry and Orem the shakes get like this. She never told me this and seemed mad like we had gotten what we deserved for ordering this shake. Another employee was there eating and made a big show of tipping her for the amazing milk shake they had made for him which only made it more uncomfortable. The employee that processed the refund acted like we had offended her personally and barely spoke to us. The food issue I totally get…it happens. The unbelievable rudeness was shocking. Just because Spanish is not my native language doesn’t mean I don’t know what your saying in Spanish. I was just a customer who wanted a shake."

"The lobby is poorly maintained, and could use better cleaning. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was well made. The burger I got, the Utah burger, was good. I would come here again, but only if I were in the area. Not somewhere worth going out of the way for."

"Great shakes and drinks! Quick... Always different We always stop for shakes or drinks (no have tried the food, looks bad) The costs are great and they are really fast. They make real fruits for every drink they make very tasty. I would suggest going with real lemon for the cherry sluice. Now the funny part is, you can look for something else every time, but they always taste super!!! Then I shake the chocolate reese. 1. Happy hours are from 2-4pm (drinks helped off) 2. Late Night Shakes is 8pm on (Shakes half off)"

"This was our first time dining and cultivate. Great location staff are friendly and the food is delicious. Would be a great place to go for catching up with friends or even a work event. They have this area that?s in the last photo and they can close the doors off so if you wanted to probably hire that whole room you could fit I don?t know around about 25-30 people comfortably. We will definitely be back."
