"I arrived at 8:55pm I am not happy that I was made to wait for 20 minutes for a simple small Cheese Burger Meal that I never received as I HAD TO RUN OUT BECAUSE MY TRAIN WAS LEAVING... ...20 minutes for a meal that takes 5 minutes to make.The problem is that I asked BEFORE BUYING THE MEAL how long the wait was and the attendant said only 5 minutes. Then SHE SAID 10 minutes after I had paid for it. Then she said: only 5 more minutes... ...at 20 minutes I had to leave without taking my meal with me. It was either waiting one more minute for the meal or waiting 1 hour for the next train.It was 9:18pm when I ran out only JUST making my train as the doors where closing.NOT HAPPY."
