"First time (on holiday) that you come to this chain of restaurants, the products are fresh and of quality. The choice of entries, dish and dessert is varied and is ideal for those who follow a diet (vegan, flexi, vegetarian). Very good value quality price. We were unanimously conquered, we were 6 people entirely satisfied. I recommend to anyone who wants to eat well. We will certainly come back tomorrow."

"Heureux de pouvoir retourner au Capitol, là où nous sommes allé mangé la fois dernière. Surprise, un changement de propriétaire.. malgré ce que j'ai lu en dessous, où est la convivialité dans ce restaurant ? Quel changement depuis 2013 ! Par contre le service est rapide.J'ai commandé un steak tartare, ma mère des moules au roquefort, mon père une entrecôte et mon frère un cheeseburger. Mon père a demandé une sauce pour son entrecôte, la réponse est nette "il n'y en a pas!". Mon tartare arrive déjà prêt, déçue de voir qu'il ne m'a pas été demandé de choisir si je le préparais ou non. Il n'en reste qu'il était bon ! Mon père, entrecôte cuite comme il l'a souhaité malgré l'abord très cuite, aucune salade pour accompagner cela et un pot de mayo/ketchup en guise de "sauce". Ma mère m'a fait goûter une moule.. aucun goût de roquefort surtout qu'après j'ai constaté qu'elles n'étaient pas lavées (algue, coquillages...). À la vue du burger de mon petit frère, on sent vite la marge sur le fromage... 10€ pour avoir du fromage à hamburger que l'on trouve dans les supermarchés (vous savez les petits carrés). Je pense que la prochaine fois que nous irons sur Fréjus, nous choisirons un autre restaurant. PS: la personne du 18 août qui indique que les autres commentaires sont ceux des concurrents. On se demande surtout si ce n'est pas le proprio qui a posté ce commentaire pour remonter sa côte !!"
