"Yesterday was our second time there and they were definitely having a bit of a rough night because we waited over an hour for our food but I've worked in kitchens before, they were down a fryer and I'm assuming are short handed just like everywhere else is at the moment. Our waiter was Luis and he was amazing. Super polite and checked with us multiple times to apologize for the wait. He was clearly getting overwhelmed and he never once was rude or snippy. He kept a smile and even with the long wait, he made our experience enjoyable. The food was great and I recommend trying the Irish nachos for an appetizer. I'm seeing alot of low reviews purely for the wait and I suggest impatient people maybe skip the restaurant that literally had signs on their door explaining there would be a wait. I also suggest not going if you're the type of person to blame your server as if they're the ones in the back making your food. I understand waiting isn't great, but they're only human and they're trying."
