"You know, it is not always that you find a good place that sells excellent burgers, after coming to Switzerland a few time, this offers an excellent alternative to the global establishments such as McDonald's.I first of this place from my son who has visited it with is relatives, he said that it was a really good burger but I did not believe since I tried another well known place and thought it was over hyped, I'm glade to say that I was wrong.My only draw back was that the fries put me off a bit, not a deal breaker by any means but I wished it tasted different than what it is now.Overall this is a must visit if you are a burger lover, truly a welcomed edition to an crowded market."

"Swiss eat chocolate, they fight with Belgium for chocolate country of the world, remain neutral when it comes to cheese, seen their proximity to the French, who in their turn pretend to be country of the world at everything. So strangely as it sound, in...every Swiss restaurant they try to force feed you with cheese and pickled oignons as if life depends on it, stuffing you with calories just in case we would be confronted to famine due an unexpected outbreak of military violence, probably with the French, as the rest of the neigbours simply don't care about the Swiss. So Swiss Bistro, the restaurant in the Novotel Suites in Geneva, but for neutrality reasons not part of the hotel, keeps that tradition, offering you a widespread choice of dishes, exactly pointing at that one sort of cheese they are famous for, do not remember the name, but it has holes in it. I ordered a fresh salad, it was good, the bread, my God, Swiss and bread, seemingly not a good combination. The Swiss cheeseburger, had cheese on it and a bit of burger but was nice, truly. So i ordered the cheese platter, which again was nice but the bread,my God, swiss and bread........ coffee to close, paid 55 eur, normal in Switzerland, the cows eat gold dust for lunch hence they produce expensive milk....but all and all, reasonable in quality, clean as it can be. And why, because there is nothing else around as alternative."

"Attendre 30 min pour passer commande , se faire ignorer par les serveurs qui discutent au téléphone ou avec d'autres clients, commander un trio de burger différents mais en recevoir 3 pareils, demander un burger saignant et en avoir un bien cuit, tout cela est possible au spring brothers ! Ah oui, le hot dog le plus grand de suisse n'existe plus! N'hésitez pas et réservez au plus vite !!"

"I 'm giving the restaurant a three today, only because of my otherwise good and long association with the place and because the burgers were very good as always! But the service tonight was a disaster! We sat and waited a few minutes until I had to remind our server/ manager. who was behind the counter, fiddling in her phone, that we needed a menu to get started. Only then we got it! Then she remembered quite late that she needed to check everyone 's sanitary passes, after we were already seated and sipping our drinks!! She did the same with the men at the next table and I overheard them say that they didn 't all have sanitary passes! But of course it was too late to ask them to go as they were already consuming their orders! Then when it was time to pay, she got a LONG phone call that sent her in and out of the kitchen! Then she finally came back and didn 't even bother to apologise for the wait!! And while I was waiting, I saw the cook in the kitchen not wearing a mask while preparing and touching our food and putting the salad in the plates with his bare hands. After two interruptions, the third time I finally managed to ask her what that was all about and she said that indeed he doesn 't wear a mask and there was nothing she could do about it, as she cannot force him! Though she absolutely could if she wanted to and if she cared! I told her that, more than her, the cook who handles our food and comes in close proximity with it should wear a mask, and she told me that this is how it is and that if I don 't like it I should talk to the owner! In the height of a pandemic, I expect sanitary rules to be observed strictly and MUCH more responsibly than this. Even if I could... reluctantly... accept that lady 's slow and clueless service and lack of hospitality manners, what I can never accept is her lack of responsibility towards her clients ' health and wellbeing in the height of a pandemic. Also, by the way, we had to use our own hand sanitizer as they either didn 't have one or it was not placed in a visible place. So I just took out mine! And of course, she didn 't ask me or anyone around if we had used sanitizers because we know by now that sanitary rules mean totally nothing to her!! Never again!"

"We loved the burgers: different sizes available, served on bakery buns, kids menu is a plus, vegetarian burger with portobello muschroom was delicious. The burgers might have been dripping too much, but then again: there is nothing worse than a dry burger. They serve only...beer, plus milkshakes, lemonade (a bit too sugary for my taste) and grenadine. You order at a bar and then they buzz you when the order is ready. The price for Geneva was quite reasonable: kids' cheeseburger 10chf, Veggie burger 13chf, though you have to pay for extras. It was a quick meal with kids they also offer colouring for them, just ask at the bar. They also have a terrace in the back."

"Came here to drink last night. Prices are fine, but the service is ridiculously slow (see them 20 minutes to order from drinks). As an excuse, we got a plate with some chopped pieces of dry pizza. Not sure I'm going back there."
