"Service is hit and miss sometimes, I've had great service and bad service. Fries have a weird bitter after taste to them, maybe the oil used to fry the fries are bad? At first I thought it was a one off occurrence but I've gone several times and the fries have always had this weird taste.Service is not the best sometimes. I had ordered soft serve and waited and watched while everyone who had ordered after me received theirs, I reminded the staff thinking they had forgotten, but they rudely told me to wait because they assumed that I had ordered after everyone else and would not listen otherwise. Minor incident, but still leaves me with a negative impression."

"Food was average. My meal was the grilled chicken breast burger which was really good. Kids complained about poutines being very salty. Wife order a grilled cheese and there was barely any cheese on it."
