"I was really exited to to hear with my gf, bc I heard that it was super good. It looked really good, sadly I wouldn’t say that about the food. Bacon cheeses fries were cold, no flavor like no seasoning at all. Taste like some plain simple fries, barely any bacon. Besides that they were cold we also had to wait for a while, seemed like they didn’t even try to make the food good and just pointing out that we didn’t decide to come eat before close, it was about 2 hours before closing. The burger was alright but honestly overhyped. I don’t know if there was shorts staff or just not the “ good” burger makers that everyone post about and have such an amazing food pics and an amazing taste of good food, to us if felt like they didn’t even try to make it as good as others say. Besides that got our order wrong, the food was alright but might try again to see if maybe it was just a bad day for them or something. But it was meh"

"I traveled through Joplin and needed a place to meet my two sisters for lunch. With the help of Yelp... the Undercliff Grill appeared. I remember it was a year ago that we were there. In the middle of nowhere.... wasn't sure it was still open after COVID... so glad it was. We're here when they're open at 11:00. When we waited, a train came by... very cool. Kelly was our server and what a nice, pleasant woman. Great sense of humour and patience enough to treat one of my sisters who changed her mind after she ordered something!! We did it. Kelly was great. We ordered the Rueben, Hamburger with Fritten. Very delicious. Yes... good day trip and a great place for a meal."

"Are you guys serious? I placed an online order at 8:50 P.M. and waited til 10:30 P.M. just to receive cold food that appears to be hours old. You forgot half my order. All of the condiments. Who wants a burger without tomato and lettuce? But lucky for you it was all paid for!!! This has happened one other time. You offered to replace my item the next time I ordered, but magically that info vanishes when I try to collect. If you can't deliver fresh food late at night, maybe you should stop delivering late at night!! Sad thing is I really like your pizza and burgers. But I will never take a shot in the dark with my money with your company ever again."
