"I had the 8 oz Top Sirloin. I requested Med steak with a loaded baked potato with broccoli casserole. This was Sunday but the crowd wasn't bad. We were at table 44 and our server was Laronda L. Our server was hard to find throughout the meal. I received my steak the was more than well done (burnt inside and out). She took my meal back but that meant I had to watch my wife eat and she had to then watch me. The Broccoli Casserole had dry powder on top where they didn't make sure it mixed with the oils of the cheese. The potato said it was loaded, which to me, means butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, and/or chives. it didn't have bacon or chives. The manager checked with us but he really didn't offer a solution to our issues (really too late to help). It's only the second time I ate at Cheddars but it will be my last. Not a good experience, again two hours from curb to curb...that was nuts and mostly due to the lack of attention given by Laronda L. This was lunch for 2. it was 43.60 after tip which is not cheap considering we only had water to drink. Poor use of my money but a lesson learned."

"The atmosphere was very pleasantly clean and welcoming. Did the marriage of the century? Burger with Mac and cheese and the fried green beans as an additional page. Everything was fresh and hot, food was delicious, Shake was great, and service was attentive and caring with nice conversation; we were greeted as soon as we came in and were left with empty cups. We left with full satisfied bells. Cool experience."

"The food was great. I had a chicken alfredo calzone with spinach instead of mushrooms. It was fresh and tasty. I also called to ensure they wouldn't put mushrooms since it was an online order with a modification and the lady who answered was very nice and confirmed she'd notified the cooks of the request."

"I've only gotten food To-Go from here but I love the look feel of the restaurant. It's always very neat clean. Easy to get in out of. Fast service. Great food. Prices are reasonable. Grilled chicken salad $6.99 Cheeseburger $5.99. As cheap as the fast food heart attack in a sack joints but this is real food. It's nice to have some better choices on the southside other than the typical drive thru places."
