"Meal was of above average, and made for an amazing breakfast as a treat to myself! Denise is a PHENOMENAL server, extremely personable and even though my words mean nothing in the grand scheme of things, she deserves a healthy raise! I do feel as though the silverware could've been a little more carefully cleaned though, which was easily remedied upon request; lost a star due that being something that shouldn't have to be requested, but that is the ONLY complaint I could have after the good food and amazing service!"

"It was a great atmosphere. I took my boyfriend there for dinner because he was having surgery the next day. I just wanted him to have a good meal before we went in our waitress I don't remember her name but she gave me her card so I'll make sure to add more comments let you know who our waitress was because she was absolutely awesome"

"We came to Longhorn’s on Mother’s Day. I tried to make a reservation, but was told the Friday before, they don’t do reservations. They said to call 30 minutes before arriving. So I did to be put on the list. I was told 2 hour wait, so I checked in when I arrived. So my wait should have been 1 hour and 30 minutes at the most. After 3 hours, and people just walking in and given a table. I asked to speak to the manager. She was so rude. About 30 minutes later. My sister went to ask what was up. At this time one of the 4 people, just standing at the desk, which was a man, got in my sister’s face like he wanted to hit her. I have never seen behavior like this. I have eaten at this place before. But never again. After almost 4 hours we left. I would never be back."

"Hayley, the physco, over dramatic manager was very rude. She screamed at me when I tried to open the bathroom to pee. Clearly someone is in here. I said I didn 't know. she consistently kept yelling how could you not know if you tried to unlock the door and you couldn 't get in. Cleary there 's more than one bathroom . I told her she didn 't have to be rude and she was acting like a bitch. She went out screaming infront of customers and other employees she just called me a bitch first off I said acting nobody even heard me every say anything bc I was screaming or even talking loud , but you most defiantly could hear her!!!!she needs her job taken you don 't talk like that infront of customers or even to customers like that. I was very embarrassed. She should be even more embarrassed acting like that. I asked to talk to her hiring manager as one of the woman was going to call or even let me have his number, she called the cops on me! She was very hostile, rude, unprofessional, and needs her job taken!!!That 's not okay!"
