"Very busy. The staff member taking orders was working very hard as the drive thru queue was constant. We received our order quickly but unfortunately, the cheeseburger was only lukewarm and the fries almost cold. How can this be if large quantities are being freshly...cooked to keep up with demand? We spend nearly but didn't enjoy the food supplied due to the temperature issue. There is no excuse why this food wasn't served hot."

"We actually were only going to stop for a comfort break but then decided to have some lunch. There are a number of fast food outlet restaurants at Keele. We decided to go with Burger King. It is situated over the carriageway of the wasn't noisy. We ordered at the counter and the food arrived promply as you would expect. My bacon double cheeseburger XL was a good size, hot and tasty with plenty of fries. For a change I chose a hot chocolate for my drink and that was very nice. There is plenty of seating and the tables were kept clear and wiped down regularly. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Although not a great fan of fast food I would return again."
